I Need Tours New York Package: Transfers and Activities

● Please provide the full details of your flights and hotel at the time of booking, including dates, arrival and departure times, flight numbers, and the name of your accommodation
● Please note that round-trip transfers from New York International Airport (JFK) to downtown hotels are included. It is the passenger's exclusive obligation and responsibility to contact the local number one day before the service to confirm the exact pickup point and time
● To take part in the day trips, it is necessary to arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Please remember that the local provider will contact you to confirm the details and, if you do not receive this communication 24 hours beforehand, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the number on the voucher
● A mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights is required to book this service package if purchasing Option 1, or 4 nights if purchasing Option 2. It is possible to extend your trip for a longer period but never for a duration shorter than indicated
● Option 2 (which includes the day trip to Washington D.C.) requires a minimum of 8 people to operate; therefore, the provider reserves the right to cancel the departure (even on the same day) if this number is not met, guaranteeing a full refund for the service in such cases
● The planning and order of the visits may vary or change depending on the client's arrival day or weather conditions, although all scheduled stops in the itinerary are always guaranteed
● The tour requires moderate physical activity as most of the journey is done on foot; therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Wearing comfortable clothes and footwear is advised
● A holiday supplement of USD 100 per leg (depending on the number of people in the booking) will apply if the transfers coincide with July 4th, September 2nd, November 26th, or December 25th
● One personal item (not a carry-on bag) and one regular-sized suitcase per person are included in the transfers. An additional fee will apply starting from the second suitcase

Arrival and departure transfers (airport-hotel-airport) are provided by private car on a door-to-door basis. Excursions, on the other hand, depart from a designated central location in New York. The exact meeting times and addresses will be specified in detail on your final travel voucher.
