● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time
● The panoramic route may be modified due to traffic, special events or road closures within the city
● Commentary is provided through an audio guide accessible via a QR code available in multiple languages. An internet connection and personal headphones are required to use the audio guide
● There is no guide on board. The English-speaking bus staff will be available to assist passengers and provide information about the main landmarks during the journey
● A minimum of 6 participants is required for the experience to operate
● Tables are shared with other passengers
● A restroom is available on board throughout the journey
● Hand luggage and foldable strollers are permitted on board
● The bus is partially accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Wheelchairs can be stored on board; however, the dining area is located on the upper deck and requires climbing seven steps
● Children under 2 years of age may participate free of charge provided they travel seated on the accompanying adult's lap
● A children's menu is available for children up to 12 years old
● Additional beverages may be purchased on board during the experience
