● Please select a hotel from the list provided at the end of the booking as your pick-up point. The local provider will contact passengers to confirm the exact time and pick-up location. It is very important to note that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger to contact the local number provided on the voucher one day before the service if no communication has been received, to confirm the exact pick-up point and time

● This excursion operates exclusively through a hotel pick-up service, for which we have two established routes: one covering the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum area daily, and another covering the Cancun and Puerto Morelos area on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Before booking, please check the hotel list to find the option that best suits you

● Sunscreen, even biodegradable ones, can leave harmful residues on our reefs and marine life, creating an oil layer that disturbs their well-being. We kindly encourage the use of sun-protective clothing as a way to protect both your skin and the marine ecosystem
● Passengers wishing to participate in this tour must be relatively fit and able to swim. However, for your safety, you will be required to wear a life jacket at all times while in the water
● Whether you are an experienced snorkeler or it is your first time, our expert guides are here to help. They will provide all the guidance and support you need to ensure a safe and enjoyable snorkeling experience
● The use of photography equipment inside the cenote is not allowed
● Please consider the additional travel time from your hotel to the first activity during this Cenote and Snorkel tour. The duration may vary depending on your hotel's location
