Book a Monkeyland and plantation tour in Punta Cana. Visit a traditional Dominican house to taste organic coffee and cocoa, walk through botanical gardens, and interact with adorable squirrel monkeys eating right from your hands in nature.
Immerse yourself in Dominican culture and wildlife on an unforgettable guided day trip to Monkeyland from Punta Cana. The tour begins at a traditional countryside home to learn about the local way of life while tasting freshly roasted organic coffee and cocoa. Afterward, stroll through a lush botanical garden featuring native island flora before arriving at a scenic 5-acre natural sanctuary nestled in the mountains.
The highlight of the day is a 45-minute interactive guided experience with charming squirrel monkeys that are fully accustomed to human contact. Feed these friendly primates directly from a fruit bowl in your hands, take memorable photos as they perch on your shoulders, and enjoy their playful antics in a safe environment. Conclude your tour with a stop at the onsite gift shop before heading back.
