Discover the ancient city of Troy and the Gallipoli battlefields over two days on a private tour, with accommodation at a 4-star hotel and a visit to the Anzac memorials.
The two-day private tour begins early in the morning with hotel pickup and the drive to the ancient city of Troy, famous for the legend of the Trojan Horse and the story of Helen of Sparta and Paris. At the archaeological site, visitors explore walls dating back more than 3,700 years and the remains of the different overlapping cities of Troy. In the evening, dinner and accommodation take place at a local 4-star hotel.
The next day, after breakfast, passengers cross the Dardanelles by ferry to Çanakkale, where lunch is served at a local restaurant. The tour continues to the Gallipoli Peninsula, the scene of the naval battle of March 18, 1915, during World War I.
In Gallipoli, the visit includes the famous battlefield, Anzac Cove and several war cemeteries, including Beach Cemetery, Quinn's Post and The Nek, as well as the commemorative memorials Lone Pine (Australian Memorial), Chunuk Bair / Conk Bayırı (New Zealand Memorial) and Hellespont (English Memorial).
The day ends with dinner on the way back, arriving in Istanbul in the evening. As this is a private tour exclusively for the group, the itinerary and timings can be adapted within what is operationally possible.
