● If 48 hours before the tour departure you have not received confirmation of the exact pick-up time and point, it is very important that you contact the local contact number listed on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up point and time. ● The duration of the tour is approximate and depends heavily on your pick-up location; it is an estimate based on the farthest pick-up point. The duration of the tour at the destination, excluding transfers, is specified in the description of each tour

● The service will be provided by a multilingual guide at the destination. It is possible that during the transfer the staff may not speak your language (especially Portuguese and Italian); generally, all staff speak Spanish and English
