● Tickets are valid for the booked date, but offer the flexibility to be used on any prior day. Changes or cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the tour
● Infants travel free of charge and do not need a ticket when sitting on the lap of an accompanying paying adult (maximum of two infants per adult). However, if a separate individual seat is required for the infant, a child category ticket must be purchased
● Our buses run on 100% low-emission energy, whether electricity, gas, or biofuel. As part of our goals, we strive to reduce plastic and paper consumption, thereby promoting sustainable tourism and development
● The Origami bus will drop you off at the "Place des Armes" parking lot, right in front of the Palace of Versailles. You can use Entrance A to access the Palace. After the security check, you can collect your audio guide to begin your visit
● You will have approximately 4 hours to visit the Palace, the Park, the Gardens, and the Trianon estate, which includes the Grand Trianon, the Petit Trianon, and the Queen's Hamlet. Please note that the Trianon estate opens at 12:00 PM. It is important to know that there is a 30-minute walk between the Palace and the return meeting point
● Audio guide in Versailles: To access the audio guide, download the "Palace of Versailles" app available for smartphones and tablets. It can be used offline and includes not only commentary on the Palace, Gardens, Trianon Estate, and Coach Gallery, but also an interactive map of the Estate
● Commentary is available in 10 languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Korean
● How to retrieve your tickets
● Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation IS NOT YOUR TICKET
● Palace of Versailles entrance tickets will be handed directly to passengers when boarding the bus in Paris.
● Please note that due to the nature of the service and city circumstances (such as construction, demonstrations, events, or isolated incidents), this activity may be affected by route modifications, temporary closures of certain stops, or adjustments in operating hours. It is recommended to check the local operator's website before starting the activity to verify any last-minute changes or updates
● On the first Sunday of each month, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées remains reserved for pedestrians and closed to traffic. Consequently, stop No. 7 (Champs-Élysées) on the Discover Paris blue line route is temporarily moved to No. 8 Avenue Kléber. It is recommended to download the Tootbus app to check real-time updates on detours and stop closures
● The Versailles excursion always takes place on the first day of the booking
