Hop On Hop Off Boat Pass 24 Hours

● With the 24h hop-on hop-off ticket, you can take your first trip at any time during the day and take as many trips as you like until the boats stop operating in the evening. It allows you to embark and disembark at the 4 piers
● Departures from each pier are approximately at 10 AM; please make sure to check our up-to-date timetable, as times may vary throughout the year
● When the boats resume operations the next day, you will then have until the same time to continue using the ticket
● We are not responsible for valuables left on the boat
● A person with a disability must disclose this at the time of booking. All passengers must be physically able to walk onto the boats with an able-bodied helper, and unfortunately no electronic wheelchairs are permitted
● Bikes aren't allowed on board, although kids' scooters are allowed
● When you arrive for your cruise, please walk straight down onto the pier, where you will be greeted by our pier staff. Have your ticket ready so you can be directed to your boarding point
● Passengers must bring their printed ticket to board the cruise, or show their ticket on a mobile device
● All our boats have toilet facilities and baby changing and disabled facilities
● Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended depending on weather conditions
● Please note that, in order to use the audio guide, each person must first download the app on their mobile device. Headphones are not provided on board — all translations are delivered via the app. We recommend bringing charged devices
● Please note that, due to the nature of the service and circumstances specific to the city (such as roadworks, demonstrations, events or occasional incidents), this activity may be affected by modifications, temporary closures of certain departure points or adjustments to operating hours. We recommend checking the local operator's website before starting the activity to verify any last-minute changes or updates
● This tour requires a minimum of 20 passengers to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
