Discover the charming countryside and historic villages of the Cotswolds on a group tour from London. Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this region is renowned for its rolling hills, honey-coloured stone buildings and rich heritage linked to the historic wool trade.
Accompanied by an expert guide and travelling by vehicle for groups of up to 25 passengers, you will visit some of the region's most representative villages. Your first stop will be Burford, known as the gateway to the Cotswolds. Its picturesque main street slopes down towards the River Windrush and is lined with independent shops, historic buildings and beautiful rural scenery.
The tour continues to Bibury, a picturesque village crossed by the River Coln. Here you will see Arlington Row, a row of former weavers' cottages built from local stone and one of the most photographed landmarks in the Cotswolds.
Finally, you will visit Bourton-on-the-Water, often referred to as the Venice of the Cotswolds thanks to the small stone bridges spanning the River Windrush. You will have free time to stroll through its streets, browse its shops, enjoy its cafés and tearooms or simply relax beside the river.
