● Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time of the tour. If you are running late your flight will not be held back, and you will forfeit your payment. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact flight time
● All helicopter products have a minimum and maximum of two participants in order to be a confirmed flight
● Flights may be cancelled or flight routes altered at the provider sole discretion due to weather or federal airspace mandates/restrictions. Any flight cancelled due to weather will be fully refunded
● We ask that you provide us with the mobile number (international OK) and email for the primary client so that we can inform them of any modifications that will be made to their original booking
● All passengers will be weighed at check-in time to ensure better total gross weight and stay under the limit of 500 lbs (227 kg or 35.7 stones) for the entire group that will be flying together
● The provider will have the right to ask passengers not to board the helicopter and cannot offer a refund for any single seat purchased for someone exceeding the limited seat weight of 220 lbs (99.7 kg or 15.5 stones) or taller than 6’ 2”. They will provide an alternative time or date based on open seat availability to accommodate the guest/s who will need to purchase an additional seat/s. They are unable to fly passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stones)
● All tickets will be purchased on a per-seat basis. Infants aged 0-2 can fly for free if they can comfortably sit on a parent or guardian's lap
● Suplement Shuttle option available (ask
[email protected]): The shuttle will collect customers at a designated stop in Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco (288 Beach Street, SF). They will be collected 45min before there flight time and be brought to Mill Valley where they will take their air tour. After they are back from the flight we will shuttle them back to the same location in Fisherman's Wharf
● The helicopter can seat up to 3 passengers but has a combined weight limit of 500 lbs (226.7 kg) for all passengers onboard (excluding the pilot’s weight). Due to weight restrictions, we are currently limited to 2 passengers with a maximum combined weight of 500 lbs (226.7 kg). For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate passengers exceeding 220 lbs (99.7 kg) or taller than 6.2 feet
