● There are various types of boats with a capacity to transport between 50 and 60 people
● The organizing entity reserves the right to cancel any cruise if the minimum number of participants is not reached; due to events not attributable to it (in particular, weather conditions or technical failures in the locks); in programs involving transportation services provided by third parties (train or bus), if the possibility of using the planned transport is verified, the organizing entity will provide alternative transport; in case of boat delay due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., breakdown or delay in a navigation lock), the organizing company may be forced to cancel some of the planned services. The cost of these non-provided services will be refunded to customers
