● Passengers wishing to participate in this tour must be in good physical condition and able to swim. For your safety, wearing a life jacket is mandatory at all times while in the water. Whether you are a first-time snorkeler or experienced, our expert guides will provide all the guidance and support needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
● This excursion operates exclusively with hotel pickup service along a set route covering the Riviera Maya area. Before booking, please check the list of hotels to choose the most convenient option
● IMPORTANT: the start time is NOT the pickup time. It depends on your hotel’s location. Pickups begin before the tour starts
● The catamaran features a covered area that provides shade for those who prefer to relax away from direct sunlight
● There is a dock tax of approximately $15 USD to be paid directly at the dock
● Recommended items to bring: light sweater (in winter), swimsuit, comfortable shoes, towel, change of clothes, sunglasses, sun-protective clothing, biodegradable repellent, hat or cap, water shoes, extra cash for souvenirs, and a reusable water bottle
● Sunscreen, even biodegradable, can leave harmful residue on reefs and marine life, creating an oily layer that disrupts their well-being. We kindly recommend using sun-protective clothing as a way to protect both your skin and the marine ecosystem
● Consider additional travel time from your hotel to the tour dock, which may vary depending on your hotel’s location
● We offer this tour in two options: Family-friendly, available for everyone including children from 4 years old, and Adults-only, exclusively for those over 18
● This tour operates with a minimum of 12 passengers; if this minimum is not met, an alternative time or date will be offered or a full refund will be provided
