The I Love Rome Hop On Hop Off sightseeing bus covers Rome's main monuments on a circular route, with stops within easy walking distance of the city's best-known sights. Depending on the option chosen, you can do one complete loop or get on and off the bus as many times as you like, while an audio guide available in 13 languages, with a special children's channel, tells you about the city's history and culture.
The route has 8 stops: it starts at Stazione Termini and passes Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseo, the Circo Massimo, Piazza Venezia, Città del Vaticano and the Cappella Sistina, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Barberini, next to the Fontana di Trevi.
Passengers can also download the free I Love Rome app, which lets you track the bus in real time and includes historical information and 8 audio-guided walking tours starting from the different stops, with explanations of the interiors of monuments such as the Colosseo, the Foro Romano, Castel Sant'Angelo, San Pietro and the Pantheon. ● The bus runs daily every 15 to 20 minutes and the full loop takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
● From April to October, the service runs from 8:30 to 20:30, with the last departure at 18:45. From November to March, it runs from 8:30 to 19:30, with the last departure at 17:45
● The half-day ticket is valid for 5 hours from redemption. From 1 April, it can only be used from 13:00
● You can show either the printed voucher or the QR code in digital format to be scanned when boarding
● The activity may be affected by external causes beyond the provider's control
● The provider is not responsible for any physical injury or loss of or damage to personal belongings during the experience
