● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● The tour operates daily at 10:00 am and 11:00 am (always available); a third 3:00 pm departure runs seasonally subject to availability. Please select your preferred slot at booking. In high season, booking as early as possible is recommended
● Morning slots welcome a group of up to ~17 pax; the seasonal afternoon slot up to ~19 pax
● A valid ID or passport is mandatory for monument access
● It is not permitted to book for minors without the booking including an adult. If so, the booking will be canceled immediately
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle
● The Sagrada Familia reserves the right of admission. At the access control, visitors will be subject to a search of bags, backpacks, luggage, and personal effects. If a dangerous object is detected, it may be confiscated until departure, or access to the premises will be directly denied. A dangerous object is understood as any type of weapon such as sharp objects, knives, or similar. All kinds of banners, posters, scarves, or flags for protest purposes, as well as harmful chemicals that could damage the monument or people, will also be considered prohibited objects
● Modest dress is required, and the following limitations are established: Both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees to enter the Basilica. Entering barefoot or in flip-flops is not allowed. Entering with transparent clothing, clothing intended for celebrations of any kind, or ornaments designed to distract or attract attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or any other purposes is not allowed. Out of respect for other visitors and to maintain the atmosphere of recollection proper to a church, please conduct the visit without raising your voice. During the visit, civic behavior must be maintained, and crowding and running inside the premises must be avoided. It is mandatory to respect, protect, and promote the personal dignity, privacy, and personal rights of all people interacted with during the visit
● Any type of protest act within the Basilica premises is prohibited. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the premises. Drinks can only be consumed outside the building. Taking photographs or videos with a tripod inside the premises is also not allowed, except for people or companies previously accredited by the Press Department. Photographs or video recordings for commercial, advertising, or educational purposes are not permitted without prior written authorization from the Foundation
● The CONSTRUCTION BOARD reserves the right to modify itineraries or limit the visible spaces of the temple for security, restoration, maintenance reasons, adverse weather conditions, or specific events. These changes will not affect the ticket price nor give the user the right to a claim
● Please note that at specific times during high season or due to passenger accumulation, there may be queues even for fast-track access options due to security checks
