● The tour is not canceled due to weather conditions. However, if exceptionally on the service date unforeseen events arise that prevent completion of the program, every effort will be made to offer an alternative. If no agreement is reached, the tour may be canceled and a refund will be issued

● The boat schedule must be strictly followed. If the passenger misses boarding at any of the ports of call indicated in the itinerary, the carrier will not be responsible nor obliged to provide alternative transportation

● The ship’s staff reserves the right to deny boarding to people who are under the influence of alcohol or substances, display inappropriate or threatening behavior, or fail to comply with safety rules, age requirements or other applicable regulations
● Please note that the stop at the hot springs is not an organized facility, but a natural bathing area located near the volcanic islets. You will be able to swim directly from the boat (if weather conditions allow), as it is not possible to dock in the area. Participation in this activity is completely optional
● This tour is not suitable for infants, children under 5 years old, people with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, or wheelchair users, as it requires quite a bit of walking (sites are accessible on foot only)
