Elaborado con la uva autóctona Hondarrabi Zuri, este vino fresco y mineral es el fiel reflejo del clima atlántico y las laderas costeras de Vizcaya. La jornada comienza con una cómoda recogida en su hotel en un vehículo privado, poniéndo rumbo a Bakio, cuna de esta tradición. Allí visitará el Museo del Txakoli, donde comprenderá el origen histórico, la cultura y las técnicas centenarias que han otorgado prestigio internacional a este blanco vibrante. La inmersión enológica continúa en una bodega tradicional (txakolindegi), donde descubrirá de primera mano todas las etapas del proceso: desde el cuidado del viñedo y la vendimia manual hasta el prensado y la fermentación. El punto culminante de la visita es una cata guiada de al menos cinco elaboraciones distintas, permitiéndole apreciar los matices de manzana verde y hierba fresca que caracterizan a la D.O. Bizkaiko Txakolina. Para realzar la experiencia, el maridaje incluirá una gilda de anchoas premium del Cantábrico, el acompañamiento perfecto para resaltar su acidez cítrica y punto salino. The oenological immersion continues at a traditional winery (txakolindegi), where you will discover firsthand every stage of the process: from vineyard care and hand-harvesting to pressing and fermentation. The highlight of the visit is a guided tasting of at least five different labels, allowing you to appreciate the notes of green apple and fresh grass that characterize the D.O. Bizkaiko Txakolina. The procedure is as follows: Three days before your tour date, we will send you an email so you can decide if you wish to wait until the last day or if you prefer to switch to one of the guaranteed departure alternatives we propose. If you wish to change your tour, simply confirm by replying to that email and we will manage the change. If you prefer to wait until the last minute to see if more bookings come in from other clients, you do not need to reply to the message; our team will keep you informed of any updates. If, by the deadline (4:30 PM the day before the tour), the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will notify you of the cancellation of your booking and proceed with a 100% refund of your booking value
