● Please provide the full details of your accommodation when making your booking. If it is located within the city, your guide can meet you there. Otherwise, an alternative meeting point will be arranged. Please be ready at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time
● Please coordinate your preferred itinerary, interests and places you wish to visit in advance
● Your local guide will contact you via WhatsApp between one month and 48 hours before the start of the activity to arrange the itinerary and tour details
● If it is not possible to arrange the itinerary before the activity, it will be agreed directly with your guide on the day of the tour
● The itinerary is fully customizable according to your interests
● The tours are primarily designed to explore the city. If you wish to include visits to museums or other attractions requiring a specialist guide, this can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability
● If you wish to visit an attraction during the tour, the supplier can assist with the arrangements, subject to availability. Where applicable, they can make the reservation or provide a link to purchase the tickets
● If the visit requires admission tickets, you will be responsible for the cost of your own ticket and, where applicable, the ticket for the local guide
● If you choose to include a visit to the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck during the tour, you will need to pay the corresponding admission fee. As a guide, the ticket costs approximately SGD 35 per person. Where applicable, the local guide's admission ticket must also be paid. Prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice
● Public transportation costs incurred during the tour are not included and must be paid directly by the passenger
● Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
● This activity is accessible to wheelchair users. Please indicate this when making your booking
● If you wish, the tour may end at your hotel or at another location agreed in advance with your guide, provided it is compatible with the booked duration and planned itinerary
