● Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure time
● The service operates with a minimum of 2 passengers
● It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes
● Shoulders and legs must be covered from the waist to approximately the knees. This measure is intended to respect the dress code of these sacred sites
● Important Note: The Royal Apartments may not be open to visitors if the Sicilian Parliament, based in the Palazzo dei Normanni, is in session. Ordinary sessions are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It is not possible to predict when extraordinary sessions will be held. In these cases, the rest of the Palazzo dei Normanni is also open to visitors, including the museum area
● Tickets are **not** included. Ticket prices range from €13 to €21 per person, depending on age and day of the week. They must be purchased online

● Once you arrive at the meeting point, you'll find the guides, easily recognizable by the yellow and red flag (the Sicilian flag). Approach one of them to let them know you've arrived, indicating the language and name used for the reservation. When it's time to start, the guides will organize participants into smaller groups based on the languages available that day
