● If you selected pick up option: Please provide your complete accommodation details when booking. It is very important to note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pickup point and time

● If you selected the option: we pick up the guests from their hotels approximately half an hour before the event, around 20:00, prior to the start of the dinner and show program. The dinner and show program starts at around 20:30
