● The tour operates at 10:45am from Monday to Saturday in English and Spanish and Friday and Saturday in Italian and at 2:45pm daily in English and Spanish and Sunday in Italian
● Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure time
● Provide a printed/mobile copy of your voucher to our staff
● The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide it might be cancelled and refund will be provided
● For security reasons backpacks and large bags are not allowed inside the Basilica.
● Please wear appropriate clothes to enter the Basilica (no bare knees or shoulders)
● The tour will NOT operate during the following dates: April 6th am, 7th pm, 8th am, 9th pm, 25th; August 15th, November 1st
● IMPORTANT: tickets to St. Marks Basilica will become nominative, meaning that for each booking it will be MANDATORY to provide the full names of all participants, which must match the identification documents shown at the entrance
