● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after the departure time will not be able to join the tour and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
● Our representative will hold a blue flag and a blue sign at the meeting point for easy recognition
● Additional measures may be implemented at certain locations due to increased global security. As a result, we may experience delays when passing mandatory security checks upon entry. These additional measures may also restrict the size of bags allowed inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denial of entry, we strongly recommend that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks during your tour
● The guided portion of the tour ends on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Once on the second floor, customers will have free time to go up to the third floor. Please note that there may be a queue for the elevator to the summit
● Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or disabilities requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● As with other popular attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, please beware of pickpockets and scams, such as people asking you to sign petitions. Please keep an eye on your belongings

● We will do everything possible to ensure that schedules and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, delays may occur at security checks or ticket counters when purchasing tickets. During peak months (April to October), school holidays, and weekends, please expect a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes at the first security check and 45 minutes at the ticket counter line. During low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), expect a minimum waiting time of 15 minutes at the first security check and 30 minutes at the ticket counter line
● For operational, capacity control, or weather-related reasons, the summit may not be accessible. When this happens, the group will not be able to access the summit, even if it reopens during the tour. In this case, the summit access fee will be refunded within a timeframe to be determined
