Toronto Private Ebike Tour

● Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour departure time
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● The difficulty level of the bike tour is easy
● Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather. The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but we may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel the tour, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future tour or receive a refund
● If there is rain in the forecast, please call us first to confirm that the tour is still on, before you travel to the meeting place
● In order to keep to our tour schedule we may not admit late participants on a tour, especially if they arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start of the tour. Those who miss a tour due to lateness will not receive a refund for the tour. If you are running late, please contact us
● There is an underground parking garage right underneath our meeting point. Parking rates are max $16/day on weekdays and $7/day on weekends. You can enter the garage off St Patrick (the nearest cross street)
● Upon arrival guests must sign a waiver before riding. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them
● Please be aware that you are required to wear a helmet that is properly fastened whenever you are riding
● Please be aware that pregnant women must present their doctors' authorization in writing in order to participate in the tour
● Please be aware that riders aged 15 years or younger may be excluded from the tour if the guide feels that they are not able to ride in a safe enough manner to not endanger him/herself and the group
● The minimum age to participate in this tour is 16 years old

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service. Cancellations after this time limit or no-shows, no refund provided.
