The tour passes through The Shambles, where restless spirits are rumoured to roam, and continues to Clifford's Tower, a site marked by sorrow and one of York's most infamous massacres. The itinerary also ventures into Bedern Passage, where whispers of orphaned children have been reported in the still of night, revealing another layer of York's haunted history at each stop, hidden away in narrow alleys and ancient passageways that come alive after dark.
The tour concludes at The Golden Fleece, known as York's most haunted pub, where countless spirits are said to linger among its crooked walls.
