York Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

● The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the time of first boarding, depending on the selected option
● Passengers may hop on and off freely at any of the 20 stops included on the route
● Audio guide available in several languages including English, Spanish and Italian
● You may download the Golden Tours City Guide app free of charge to check updated schedules and help navigate during your visit. Available for iOS and Android devices
● Timetables are subject to operational changes without prior notice
● It is mandatory to present the electronic ticket provided by the operator to access the activity. No prior activation is required, as it will be validated by the driver or a member of the Golden Tours staff when using the service
● If weather conditions are unfavourable, you may change the ticket start date before 12:00 pm on the first intended day of use. This condition applies only to Hop-On Hop-Off bus tickets
● Students must present a valid student ID if travelling under a student fare
● Passengers travelling with a Senior fare must present valid proof of age
● Not wheelchair accessible
● The activity may be affected by adverse weather conditions or external circumstances beyond the provider's control. The operator reserves the right to modify, cancel or adjust the experience for operational or safety reasons
● The provider is not responsible for any physical injury or loss of, or damage to, personal belongings during the experience

Operating Times

● All first departures of the day begin at York Railway Station and the last full tours depart from Exhibition Square
● From 23 May to 17 July 2026: from 09:40 am to 04:20 pm, every 20 minutes
● From 18 July to 6 September 2026: from 09:30 am to 05:00 pm, every 15 minutes
● From 7 September to 23 October 2026: from 09:30 am to 04:30 pm, every 30 minutes
● From 24 October to 1 November 2026: from 09:40 am to 04:20 pm, every 20 minutes
