This guided tour in Spanish lets you discover Prague Castle and the Malá Strana district, on the west bank of the Vltava River, in a simple way. The Castle was built in the 9th century and has been the residence of important figures ever since.
Over the centuries, the monarchs who made the Castle their seat expanded its spaces until it became the largest inhabited castle in the world, a record recognised by the Guinness book. The complex houses St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George's Basilica and the Royal Palace.
After the Castle, the route goes down the Royal Way to Malá Strana Square and the impressive Church of St. Nicholas. Besides learning about the history of this district and its vicissitudes, the tour reaches the Church of Our Lady Victorious, home to the famous image of the Infant Jesus of Prague.
Admission to the interiors of the Castle is optional and not included; it is not necessary to buy it to enjoy the tour.
