● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is very important to note that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger to contact the local number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pickup point and time if they have not received prior communication from the local provider
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Pickup from airport: If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail
● Pickup from cruise port: customer must provide us the cruise name information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival
● For tour pickup from Cruise Terminal or Changi Airport, please advice the number of bags in advance
● If the luggage's exceed the capacity of the vehicle, a surcharge would apply for a bigger vehicle to accommodate the luggage's
● Not wheelchair accessible
● Important: Infants and children must be included in the total passenger headcount
● Pickup and drop-off locations in Jurong, Woodlands, or at the Malaysian border are subject to an extra charge
● Child seats can be arranged for an extra charge, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance
● During the F1 Grand Prix, parts of Marina Bay and City Hall may be closed. Routes may change and alternatives will be provided
● Any changes to your departure time should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance
● Licensed tour guide available upon request with extra charges (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance)
