Day 1: Las Vegas to Death Valley National Park
We begin our adventure in the morning, leaving Las Vegas heading to California for a guided tour of Death Valley National Park. We'll enjoy photo stops and short hikes at iconic spots like Zabriskie Point, Artist's Palette, Badwater Basin Salt Flats, Furnace Creek Visitor Center, Devils Golf Course, and Mesquite Sand Dunes. After a picnic lunch, we'll cruise through spectacular scenery to the historic town of Bishop, known for its gold rush past, where we'll spend the night.
Day 2: Tioga Pass to Yosemite National Park
In the morning, we will cross Tioga Pass, an extremely scenic route that will take us past highlights such as Olmsted Point, Lake Tenaya, Tuolumne Meadows and Mono Lake, heading into Yosemite Valley. We'll visit the visitor center and valley exhibits, take a mini tour, and prepare for a full day of exploring the next day. Note: In the event Tioga Pass is closed due to weather, this tour will detour via Lake Isabella instead of Bishop.
Day 3: Yosemite National Park - Full Day
We'll spend a full day exploring the various hiking trails the park has to offer, from easy to strenuous hikes. You can also opt for a guided tour with our guide to the main panoramas within the park, such as Bridalveil Falls, Lower Yosemite Falls, and views of Half Dome and El Capitan. Additionally, you will have the option to enjoy free time to relax or ride a bike along the Merced River.
Day 4: Yosemite to San Francisco
Today we are heading to San Francisco. We will conclude our 4-day adventure with a fully guided tour of this vibrant city. Stops will include iconic locations such as Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Haight Ashbury and the famous Golden Gate Bridge. The tour will end at approximately 5 pm.
