Tour to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island

● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time
● Due to site regulations, the guide may not accompany the group inside the museums. However, they will provide a full explanation beforehand about what you will find inside
● On days with high visitor numbers, such as holidays, there may be long lines to enter the ferry, the monument, or the museums
● Due to mandatory security checks for boarding the ferry, all visitors must queue, which can take up to 2 hours depending on the crowd. We recommend wearing a hat and sunscreen in summer, and using this time to take turns visiting the restroom
● Please note that this tour offers three options: guided tour with a professional guide, audio-guided tour, or a tour with a guide + audio guide
● Please note that if you have chosen the audio-only option, the meeting point is directly at the ferry security checkpoint
● Child safety seats are not provided. If traveling with children who require a seat, it is the client’s responsibility to bring it. Participants without an appropriate seat will not be allowed to take the tour and no refunds will be issued in such cases
● Important: Tickets will be sent by the local provider via email or WhatsApp. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information when booking. If you do not receive your tickets in the days leading up to the service date, we recommend reaching out to the local provider using the contact details on your voucher, or contacting us so we can assist you
