Valle de la Luna, Arcoíris and Piedras Rojas in 2 Days with Pickup

● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays along the pickup route. If you are not on time, you may miss the service with no right to a refund
● This package consists of three excursions held on two consecutive days starting from the date selected at the time of booking: the Valle del Arcoíris excursion (approximate duration of 6 hours) and the Valle de la Luna excursion (approximate duration of 5 hours) take place on the first day, and the Piedras Rojas, Altiplanic Lagoons, and Chaxa Lagoon tour takes place on the second day (approximate duration of 11 hours and 30 minutes). The local provider will confirm the departure times for all activities before the experience begins; if you have not received this communication 24 hours prior, it is the passenger's obligation to contact the local provider
● Tour duration and schedules are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the route order, and traffic conditions
● Hotel pickup applies only to easily accessible accommodations located within the urban perimeter of San Pedro de Atacama; pickup is not available from accommodations located in nearby ayllus (Quitor, Yaye, Checar, Sequitor, Solor, and Coyo) or in the town of Toconao
● Please note that this tour offers different ticket options (Tour with ticket or Tour without ticket, applicable jointly to all three activities across both days of the package); please select the one that best suits you during the booking process
● If you wish to guarantee ticket availability for all three excursions, you must select the Tour with ticket option, as tickets are purchased by the local provider at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you select the Tour without ticket option, you may purchase them directly at the destination in cash in Chilean pesos (CLP), subject to availability at that time, and it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to carry the required cash
● This tour operates with a minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 15 people; if this minimum is not reached, you will be offered an alternative time or date or a full refund
● Children under 8 years old and adults over 70 years old are not permitted on this package as the route exceeds 4,000 meters in altitude; passengers over 70 years old must present a medical certificate authorizing participation in the activity
● Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with hypertension (even if controlled) or heart conditions
● Please note that on the first day a maximum altitude of 3,300 meters is reached in Valle del Arcoíris and on the second day a maximum altitude of 4,500 meters is reached, and swimming is not permitted in the visited lagoons. To support proper acclimatization, we recommend eating light meals, drinking plenty of water during the days prior to the tour, and having at least 2 days of prior acclimatization in San Pedro de Atacama
● It is the passenger's responsibility to inform of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking (available diets: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free)
● Please dress according to weather conditions. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. We also advise wearing trekking shoes, sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, bringing a bottle of water, and wearing very warm clothing, especially in winter and for the high-altitude route where average minimum temperatures range between -6 °C in summer and -20 °C in winter
● The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high visitor volume. If adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events prevent an activity from operating, an alternative time or date, another similar tour, or a refund will be offered
● The voucher is valid only for the confirmed days, times, and itineraries. The agency is not responsible if the passenger fails to appear at the indicated time and place; please review your voucher details and report any errors immediately
● The service concludes after each excursion in downtown San Pedro de Atacama

For cancellations up to 24 hours before the service, a 50% penalty will be charged for ticket expenses if selected as an option. For tours without tickets, this does not apply and 100% of the tour value will be refunded.
Cancellations made with less notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
