At the end of the booking process, you can choose your pick-up point from the options provided or indicate the full address of your accommodation if it is within 15 kilometers from Rovaniemi city center. The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and place. If you have not received this communication 24 hours before the tour, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to contact the phone number indicated on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and place
Please arrive at the pick-up point 20 minutes before the indicated time. Note that pick-ups begin at least 30 minutes before the start time of the tour
This excursion requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative time/date or a full refund
