● With hotel pick-up: be ready 45 minutes before departure in the hotel lobby (60 minutes for hotels outside the city center). If you cannot find your hotel on the list, select the meeting point option and proceed to the indicated location 15 minutes before the tour begins. Look for the I Love Rome logo carried by our staff
● Please provide the full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is very important to note that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger, in case no communication has been received from the local supplier, to contact the local number indicated on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● Vatican tickets are personal and non-transferable. The first and last name must exactly match the document presented on the day of the visit (ID card or passport). In case of any discrepancy, access may be denied by the monument and the booking cancelled without the right to a refund
● All passengers must present valid identification on the day of the tour
● It is mandatory to correctly complete the details of all passengers: full first name(s) and surname(s), date of birth and nationality. The information entered in the booking cannot be edited; name changes or data modifications are not permitted once the booking has been finalized. Cancellation and rebooking will be required, subject to availability
● The date of birth is required to correctly identify adult, child and infant categories. Nationality is required especially for special fares available to European Union citizens between 18 and 25 years of age, when applicable
● All passengers, including children and infants (even if traveling free of charge), must be included in the booking and present valid identification on the day of the visit. Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult
● Access to the Vatican Museums for groups with reservations is through a dedicated line. However, waiting times may vary depending on the season and security checks with metal detectors
● The itinerary inside the Vatican Museums may be modified according to internal museum regulations
● For security reasons, entry with weapons, knives, scissors, blunt objects, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, laser pointers, large umbrellas, drones and selfie sticks is prohibited. Backpacks or large bags exceeding 40 × 35 × 15 cm are also not permitted
● As this is a place of worship, appropriate clothing is mandatory: shoulders and knees must remain covered during the visit
● Not accessible for wheelchairs; some areas require a moderate level of physical effort
● Please note that if the Sistine Chapel is not accessible for reasons beyond our control, no partial refund will be provided
● The activity does not operate on Sundays or during certain Vatican celebrations or observances
● On Wednesdays (Papal Audience day), the itinerary may be modified. The tour may not end in St. Peter’s Square. These changes depend exclusively on the Vatican and do not entitle participants to a refund
● According to Vatican regulations, guides are not permitted to provide explanations inside the Sistine Chapel. The explanation is given beforehand, and the visit inside the chapel is self-guided
● The admission ticket allows visitors to remain inside the Vatican Museums after the guided tour has ended and until the closing time of the venue
● Visitors with pacemakers must present medical documentation to avoid passing through metal detectors during security checks
● Important Vatican: official tickets and their issuance are guaranteed upon booking confirmation. However, the Vatican may make subsequent operational adjustments, so entry times, access points, or the tour route could be subject to change. In the event of a modification, the closest available time slot to the one originally selected will be assigned
