*Gardens of the Generalife:** summer palace, located to the east of the Alhambra and surrounded by extensive gardens overflowing with the most varied vegetation, framed in an unmistakably Islamic landscape architecture. The order of visiting the different areas will be determined by the time of entry to the Nasrid Palaces.

Following the recent seismic movements registered in Granada, the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife has applied review and security protocols on the premises
Technical inspections carried out by specialists and experts from the University of Granada have ruled out significant structural damage to the monumental complex. However, minor and specific damage has been located in non structural elements, such as battlements in the Alcazaba and decorative plasterwork pieces in the area of the Torre de Comares and Nasrid Palaces
For reasons of precaution and preventive security, the following operational measures have been established, temporary closures, The Alcazaba and the Torre de Comares remain closed to the public until further notice while technical assessments continue. Modification of itineraries, The usual routes through the Nasrid Palaces and the Generalife have been temporarily adapted to ensure safety and facilitate rapid evacuation if necessary

● You must inform your accommodation details in order to coordinate the pickup
● Please call the local contact found on your voucher one day before to reconfirm the hotel pickup time
● Guests must be in the hotel lobby or at the corresponding meeting points 15 minutes prior to the departure time
● It is mandatory to bring your original DNI or passport for entry to the Alhambra
● Due to the new regulations established by the Alhambra Board of Trustees, it is absolutely mandatory that all reservations contain the following information for EACH TRAVELER: -Full name -Passport or identity card number. If you have not provided us with this data at the time of booking, please contact us immediately, as this data is necessary for the purchase of tickets
● As tickets are nominative, tickets ARE NON-REFUNDABLE from the moment of purchase. The amount to be retained in case of cancellation will be informed to you and will correspond to the ticket price (dynamic price) and the tour's own cancellation conditions. Due to these conditions and not being able to set a fixed price, the tour will appear as non-refundable, but the conditions set out in the cancellation policy will apply
● The customer must present this reservation voucher, which they will receive after the online booking, to the tourist guide before starting the visit in order to receive their entry ticket to the monument (printed or on their smartphone)
● For operational reasons, the group may be in two languages but never exceed 30 people
● The start time or check-in time at the designated meeting point may be modified up to 12 hours before the visit. The agency may contact you via email or phone provided, to inform you of any schedule change. This notification prevails over the time initially assigned on your voucher
● This tour also operates in French and German
● The guided tour may be complemented with a device for better hearing of the guide; however, for reasons of sustainability and cleanliness we do not provide headphones. Customers are recommended to bring their own wired headphones; if they cannot bring their own, we can provide them for the price of 1€

Cancellations from 59 days up to 4 days hours before the activity, a 50% charge will be made except for the ticket price, which is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations from 3 days up to the realization of the activity: No refund, 100% charge.
