● Call the local contact found on your voucher one day before to reconfirm the hotel pickup time
● You must be at the meeting point or in the hotel lobby, as appropriate, 15 minutes prior to the departure time

● Due to the new regulations established by the Alhambra Board of Trustees, it is absolutely mandatory that all reservations contain the following information for EACH TRAVELER: -Full name -Passport or identity card number. If you have not provided us with this data at the time of booking, please contact us immediately, as this data is necessary for the purchase of tickets
● As tickets are nominative, tickets ARE NON-REFUNDABLE from the moment of purchase. The amount to be retained in case of cancellation will be informed to you and will correspond to the ticket price (dynamic price) and the tour's own cancellation conditions. Due to these conditions and not being able to set a fixed price, the tour will appear as non-refundable, but the conditions set out in the cancellation policy will apply
● The customer must present this reservation voucher, which they will receive after the online booking, to the tourist guide before starting the visit in order to receive their entry ticket to the monument (printed or on their smartphone)
● For operational reasons, the group may be in two languages but never exceed 30 people
● The start time or check-in time at the designated meeting point may be modified up to 12 hours before the visit. The agency may contact you via email or phone provided, to inform you of any schedule change. This notification prevails over the time initially assigned on your voucher
● Basic Hammam bath rules: swimsuit use is mandatory. It is advisable to arrive with some anticipation to the reserved time. It is mandatory to shower before entering the thermal baths
● The guided tour may be complemented with a device for better hearing of the guide; however, for reasons of sustainability and cleanliness we do not provide headphones. Customers are recommended to bring their own wired headphones; if they cannot bring their own, we can provide them for the price of 1€

Cancellations up to 60 days 100% refund of the tour except for the ticket price, which is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations from 59 days up to 4 days hours before the activity, a 50% charge will be made except for the ticket price, which is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations from 3 days up to the realization of the activity: No refund, 100% charge.
Meeting point
If you are staying at a Hotel in Granada (within a radius of 5 kilometers), we will pass by your Hotel between 09.15am and 10.00am.
If you go by your own means, the meeting point will always be at the Welcome Visitor Centre (Paseo de la Sabika Nº28, next to the Hotel Guadalupe, 100 metres from the entrance to the Alhambra). at 09:45am.
