Discover the winemaking heritage of Valpolicella at a family-run estate, featuring a vineyard tour, historic cellar visit, and a tasting of four wines paired with regional delicacies.
The experience begins with an outdoor walking tour through the vineyards surrounding the estate in the heart of Valpolicella. Accompanied by an expert guide, visitors will learn about sustainable viticulture, local soil characteristics, and the life cycle of the vines.
The route continues into the underground historic cellar, where traditional wooden barriques are preserved, before moving to the modern production area. Here, guests will observe the winemaking and aging process, featuring eco-friendly concrete tanks and state-of-the-art ceramic vessels.
The activity concludes in the Wine Boutique tasting room with a guided session led by a professional sommelier. Participants will sample four iconic wines, including the famous Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, paired with artisanal local specialties such as zero-kilometer cured meats, cheeses, rustic bread, and a traditional dessert.
