Discover the winemaking tradition of Valpolicella at a historic estate, featuring a vineyard tour, cellar visit, and a tasting of six wines paired with a gourmet lunch.
The experience takes place at a century-old family-run winery located between Lake Garda and Verona. The visit begins with an outdoor stroll through vineyards cultivated using the traditional Veronese pergola system, introducing guests to the region's viticultural history and sustainable farming methods.
The route continues through the estate's production areas, bridging historic barrel cellars with modern facilities equipped with concrete tulips and ceramic vessels. Visitors will explore every stage of the winemaking process, including the specialized fruttaio room used for grape drying.
The activity concludes in the Wine Boutique's tasting room with a guided tasting led by a wine expert. Guests will sample six iconic wines, including Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Recioto, and Amarone, paired with a gourmet light lunch featuring artisan cured meats, cheeses, freshly baked focaccia, traditional Veronese dessert, and grappa.
