● Please select the meeting point at the time of booking. It is very important in this case to note that it is the passenger's obligation and sole responsibility to contact the local contact number the day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● The tour commences in Canmore, with subsequent pickups in Banff. To ensure a smooth and timely start to our adventure, please be in the lobby 10 minutes before your designated pickup time. This will help us avoid any delays and ensure everyone is ready for the tour. Banff Guests: Your pickup will occur approximately 30 minutes after the tour’s commencement time, allowing for the travel time from Canmore to Banff. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes prior to your pickup time
● End Point: as our majestical and adventure-packed ends, you will be safely dropped off at the original meeting point
● Please remember to dress warmly and comfortably for the weather. The Canadian Rockies in winter can be quite cold, so layered clothing, warm hats, gloves, and sturdy boots are essential to ensure you stay comfortable and enjoy your adventure to the fullest. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if an individual doesn’t wear the proper clothing for the activities/tours
● Optional Add-ons: A lunch box with your choice of sandwich, chocolate chip cookie and fruits. We require 48 hours notice for sandwich orders. Please contact our reservations department to confirm optional
● Convenient Shuttle Service: The shuttle stays in the parking lot throughout the tour, so your belongings are always close by
● Our group tours have a minimum age of 8 years
● We cherish dogs, but unfortunately, due to security and health reasons, we cannot allow dogs on the tour unless they are certified service dogs. If they fall under this category, please ensure you bring the proper documentation on board
● Johnston Canyon Trail Detail: Lower Falls (Length: 1.2 km one way from the trailhead; Elevation Gain: 50 m; Hiking Time: 1 hour round trip approx) and Upper Falls (Length: 2.5 km one way from the trailhead; Elevation Gain: 120 m; Hiking Time: 2 hours round trip approx)
