Under the guidance of expert pizzaioli, you’ll discover the secrets of the original dough, made with just a few basic ingredients and left to rise naturally for at least 12 hours. Once the base is ready, you’ll roll up your sleeves and choose your favorite flavor to prepare: the classic Margherita with tomato, mozzarella, and basil; the simple yet flavorful Marinara; or a tasty option topped with grilled vegetables.

This hands-on cooking experience is suitable for all levels and ends on a delicious note: after the class, you'll sit down to enjoy the pizza you’ve created, accompanied by friendly conversation and a welcoming atmosphere.
