● It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund
● This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended
● Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend brining a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather
● Due to an overwhelming amount of weekend traffic on the Amalfi Coast area during peak season, and to avoid significant delays, we may visit Sorrento instead of Positano on Saturdays and Sundays between June 1st and September 11th, and also on Monday August 15th (an Italian holiday) Disclaimer

● The coordinators will holding a sign and wearing blue polo shirts or jackets to be easily recognizable at the meeting point
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly. We appreciate your understanding and planning as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience
● No responsibility will be accepted for loss of or damage to property belonging to a passenger which is lost or stolen on one of the coaches during and after the trip. Any shipping costs resulting from a property loss will not be handled by the provider
● You will not be able to join our tour if you have any luggage or suitcases with you as we do not have a storage space to accommodate items on our coaches. We are also unable to take responsibility for any baggage that would be left on the coach during your tour time
● Please note that infants free of charge do not have a reserved seat on the bus
● Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour
● This tour involves a fair amount of walking: comfortable shoes are recommended, a bottle of water and a hat are recommended especially in summer months
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
