Please take into account the latest information you have received and understand that we sometimes have to make last-minute changes to offer the best possible experience in the conditions we find ourselves in. No refunds will be given for any changes made
● Please indicate ages if there are children and adolescents in the group
● Please indicate the meeting point when booking, the full address of your accommodation or Tourny Fountain, in front of the Parliament Building, Maison Historique Chevalier (Lower Town, near the ferry) or 112 rue Saint-Paul (Lower Town, our office in the Old Port)
● We will meet you at your doorstep to start your tour. Tell us what you would like to see & we will personalize your itinerary for free. Feel free to personalise your visit by sharing your interests with our tour guides when you meet
● Get to know the Old Quebec with a friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, experienced, licensed local Quebecois guide
● We welcome all visitors with a moderate level of mobility (this is a walking tour). Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are not recommended for our tours. One of the main challenges of Old Quebec is its hilly terrain, built on a steep slope. Since this is a private tour, it's possible to adapt it to your condition, but we like to know in advance so we can notify your guide (please contact us) and confirm that this is possible
● No refunds will be made if the customer is late or absent. Please note that we do not tolerate late arrivals as this may affect the quality of the visit. If it is a private tour, it cannot be postponed
● For the best experience, make sure you're comfortably dressed for the weather
● Bring cash to leave a gratuity for your guide, if you wish
● We limit each group to 4 people max
