● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
● Most guests will not be required to have a Visa to enter Switzerland; a passport will be enough to enter the Country. Please check this website (https://goo.gl/uKUFA5) for more information, and to determine if you may need a Visa (choose your country by selecting the first letter i.e “U” for United States
● This service ends at Milan Porta Garibaldi Train Station around 6:15 PM
● Gratuities to guides and/or drivers providing excellent service are appreciated
● This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our tours
● Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. We cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress
● Photography is generally permitted throughout the tour, although it is restricted in some churches
● Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather
● No responsibility will be accepted for loss of or damage to property belonging to a passenger which is lost or stolen on one of the coaches during and after the trip. Any shipping costs resulting from a property loss will not be handled by the provider
● You will not be able to join our tour if you have any luggage or suitcases with you as we do not have a storage space to accommodate items on our coaches. We are also unable to take responsibility for any baggage that would be left on the coach during your tour time
● Please note that infants free of charge do not have a reserved seat on the bus
● Arriving by metro: Take the M2 (green-line) train to Garibaldi. Make your way to the train station main entrance. The meeting point is on the left side just outside the station, next to the stairs and under the covered portico
● Arriving by taxi: Ask the driver to take you to Stazione Garibaldi in front of the train station main entrance
● Please bring your passport or ID card, as you will be crossing the border into Switzerland
