**Extensive and detailed city history** will be shared en route to the **White House**, where the excursion will stop at Lafayette Square in front of the presidential mansion for a photo session and a historical overview.

**Arlington National Cemetery**
The most important military cemetery in the nation, where we will witness the **solemn military Changing of the Guard Ceremony** in memory of the **Unknown Soldier**. Afterward, we will visit the eternal resting place of the iconic presidential couple, **John and Jacqueline Kennedy**.

**Marine Corps War Memorial - "Iwo Jima"**
This famous bronze sculpture represents six marines raising the flagpole atop **Mount Suribachi** during the **Battle of Iwo Jima in 1945**. At the designated time, we will return to the bus and explore the **urban layout of the capital**, which was inspired by **Versailles** and designed by urban planner **Pierre L’Enfant**. **“U.S. Capitol”**
Our next stop is the **Capitol Building**, recognized as the most important building in the country and the center of the nation’s attention. This is where elected presidents take the constitutional oath of office every four years. We will pause for a group photo session on the **west side of the façade**.
