Discover the historic centre of Cordoba, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Go back 1,000 years to visit one of the wonders of the world: the Mosque-Cathedral. You'll also stroll through the Jewish quarter and stop off at the Craft Market.
Your tour guide will meet you at the appointed time and place in Cordoba, and you'll begin your tour of the Jewish Quarter, while you learn stories, legends and important facts about the Sephardic Jews from your guide. You'll stop to visit its synagogue with Moorish decoration (if it's open to the public) and also take a look at the craft market.
Afterwards, you will visit the Mosque-Cathedral. You will marvel at the different extensions of the mosque's construction and the Christian interventions since the conquest of Cordoba by King Ferdinand III in 1236 AD. You will discover the materials used by the Muslims and the main chapels, paintings and sculptures made by the Christians.
You will be given time for lunch and shopping in the shopping street.
At the end of this tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel on the Costa del Sol.
