● Be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● If a motor coach with a lift is required we must have a 72 hour prior notification to the date of travel
● All motor coaches with lift equipment are subject to availability
● All motor coaches are DOT certified, and are able to kneel to curb height
● Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork, small oxygen tanks are allowed
● Passengers traveling with a child 2 and over must also purchase a seat on the helicopter due to FAA Guidelines
● As of January 1, 2026, the National Park Service requires a mandatory additional payment for non-U.S. residents aged 16 and over. Passengers must purchase one of these options: Non-Resident "America the Beautiful" Pass ($250 USD): Valid for 1 year, covers the holder and up to 3 adult companions on the tour; or Individual Payment ($100 USD): Per person, payable at each visited park that requires this fee
