● Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time to complete check-in. Out of courtesy to the other passengers, it will not be possible to accommodate those who arrive late. No refunds will be granted for late arrivals or no-shows.
● Colosseum tickets are nominative and non-transferable. The first and last name entered in the reservation must match exactly the document presented on the day of the visit, either ID card or passport. In case of discrepancy, the monument may deny access and the reservation may be cancelled without the right to a refund.
● All passengers must present valid documentation on the day of the tour.
● It is mandatory to correctly complete the details of all passengers: full first name(s) and last name(s), date of birth and nationality. The details entered in the reservation cannot be edited; name changes or data changes are not permitted once the reservation has been closed. It will be necessary to cancel and make a new reservation, subject to availability.
● The date of birth is required to correctly identify the categories of adult, child and infant. Nationality is required especially for special rates for European Union citizens between 18 and 25 years old, when applicable.
● All passengers, including children and infants, even if travelling free of charge, must be included in the reservation and present valid documentation on the day of the visit. Minors must always be accompanied by at least one adult.
● Access to the Colosseum is subject to mandatory security checks with metal detectors. Although groups have access through a dedicated line, waiting times may vary depending on the season and the number of visitors.
● Passengers with pacemakers must present a certificate to avoid passing through the security check.
● For security reasons, it is not permitted to enter with drones, large backpacks, suitcases or wheeled luggage, sharp objects, weapons, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, aerosols or trekking poles. Only small bags or backpacks are allowed. The Colosseum does not have a cloakroom or luggage storage.
● The itinerary and route of the tour may be modified according to the day’s operations or the monument’s regulations.
● Important: official tickets are not issued at the time of booking and depend directly on the availability and allocation of the Colosseum. For this reason, the monument may modify entry times, access points or routes when issuing the tickets. If the visit cannot be confirmed on the selected date or time, an available alternative will be offered.
● Due to the religious nature of the Vatican Museums, all visitors, regardless of gender, must cover their shoulders and knees. You may bring an additional garment, such as a scarf, to cover yourself before entering the Vatican.
● All passengers must pass through the security check. Entry with weapons or large objects is not permitted. Only small backpacks and handbags are allowed inside the Colosseum, where there is no cloakroom available, and inside the Vatican Museums, where there is a cloakroom service. Please note that, if you leave any belongings in the Vatican Museums cloakroom, you will need to return to the entrance, located approximately 20 minutes away on foot, to collect them at the end of the tour.
● Please note that this is a walking tour with a short bus transfer from central Rome to the Vatican.
● The places visited are subject to occasional closures. If modifications are necessary and there is sufficient time, we will contact you before the tour. In the event of last-minute closures, changes may be communicated at the start of the tour.
● Tips for the guide are always appreciated.
● Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not suitable for passengers with reduced mobility, wheelchair users or baby strollers.
● This is a walking tour. Passengers must be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
● The special access between the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica remains closed on Wednesdays, and other unforeseen closures may also occur during special celebrations or holidays, such as Holy Week ceremonies. On those days, the magnificent Pinacoteca will be visited instead. No refunds or discounts will be offered.
● The Vatican Museums will carry out a specific conservation project focused on Michelangelo’s “The Last Judgment”. The Sistine Chapel will remain open, but the fresco will be temporarily covered by scaffolding during this period, so this particular work will not be visible while the restoration work is being carried out.

● For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter with weapons, knives, scissors, blunt objects, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, laser pointers, large umbrellas, drones and selfie sticks. Backpacks or bulky bags larger than 40×35×15 cm are also not allowed
● As this is a place of worship, appropriate dress is mandatory: shoulders and knees must remain covered during the visit
