● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
● The tour ends at Park Güell (January-May September-December) or Sagrada Familia (June-August)
● Transfer between venues is not included. We recommend to use a taxi instead of public transportation for door-to-door transportation.
● This is a moderately physical tour that involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. For this reason, we do not recommend this tour for customers with health conditions and recommend comfortable shoes for all guests
● We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
● Photography is permitted throughout the tour
● Spain´s tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. Skip the Line Access and careful planning limit our crowd exposure, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours
● We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions

● Entrance into the Sagrada Familia requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. Are not allowed see-through clothing, yrousers and skirts shorter than mid-thigh, swimwear and clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities, nor with any decorations designed to distract or draw attention for artistic, religious, promotional or any other purpose. We cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress
● Weapons or sharp objects, baby strollers, luggage or large bags and drinks are not allowed
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered

• 2ª PARTE - PARK GUELL ORE 12:30
- Ritrovo all'ingresso del Park Güell in “Carretera del Carmel” (Carretera del Carmel 23). La guida vi attenderà sulla spianata con una bandiera di City Wonders.
Si prega di notare che il Parco Güell ha due ingressi. Per assicurarsi di incontrare il gruppo in tempo, si prega di recarsi all'ingresso di Carretera del Carmel 23, piuttosto che a quello di Carrer d'Olot. Se si prende un taxi, si prega di specificare all'autista l'ingresso di Carretera del Carmel 23 per evitare di perdere il tour.
