Starting from the hotel, we will walk through the commercial centre of the city to see the houses of the first settlers.
We will go up some winding streets, passing through different neighbourhoods to appreciate how and in what way the city grew.
We will arrive at the Paseo del Centenario, a panoramic viewpoint from where we can appreciate the mountain ranges that surround the city, as well as the islands on the other side of the Beagle Channel.
We will continue climbing the mountains on our way to the hotel area of the Martial Glacier, and we will stop at another viewpoint, from where we will be able to appreciate the city of Ushuaia from above.
Then we will go down to sea level to take a close look at the stranded ship Saint Christopher, the flagship of our city, and we will stop at the famous "Ushuaia sign" to take the typical photo with the Beagle and the mountains in the background.
Then we will pass by the military neighbourhood of La Misión, where the Anglican Mission was settled.
Finally the vehicle will enter the restricted area of the Ushuaia Naval Base, where the first public buildings of the city are located, the replica of the Lighthouse at the End of the World and the old prison.
Here we give you the option of staying at the Museum of the former Presidio, where you can take a guided tour, or we can take you back to your hotel.
