● You must reach the meeting point 15 minutes prior departure. No refunds will be made if the customer is late or absent. Please note that we do not tolerate late arrivals as this may affect the quality of the visit for other participants

● Small group: We limit this tour to a maximum of 12 people to ensure an intimate experience. Your guide tailors the tour to the interests and preferences of the group
● A minimum of 2 participants is required to guarantee the departure
● The departure point or time, duration and itinerary of the tour may be subject to change due to logistical adjustments (traffic, weather conditions, availability of attractions, unforeseen unavailability of guide, etc.). Please take into account the latest information you have received and understand that we sometimes have to make last-minute changes to offer the best possible experience in the conditions we find ourselves in. No refunds will be given for any changes made
● If the funicular is closed, we will arrange taxi transport or provide a ticket to be used later during the stay, at the customer's discretion
● We welcome all visitors with a moderate level of mobility (this is a walking tour). Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are not recommended for our tours. One of the main challenges of Old Quebec is its hilly terrain, built on a steep slope
