● Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time of the tour. If you are running late your flight will not be held back, and you will forfeit your payment. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact flight time
● All seaplane products have a minimum of three participants in order to be a confirmed flight. The flight may be canceled and moved if the 3-passenger minimum is not met for the time you have booked
● In case of reservations for singles (1) and couples (2), groups will be combined to meet flight requirements
● Booking/s that do not meet the minimum number of passengers and are subject to being moved to another time or date or passengers can opt to pay for the remaining seats on the day off to guarantee that flight will take-off at the time and date they booked
● Flights may be cancelled or flight routes altered at the provider sole discretion due to weather or federal airspace mandates/restrictions. Any flight cancelled due to weather will be fully refunded
● We ask that you provide us with the mobile number (International OK) and email for the primary client so that we can inform them of any modifications that will be made to their original booking
● The provider will have the right to ask passengers not to board the aircraft and cannot offer a refund for any single seat purchased for someone exceeding the limited seat weight of 260 lbs (117 kg or 18 stones). They will provide an alternative time or date based on open seat availability to accommodate the guest/s who will need to purchase an additional seat/s. They are unable to fly passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stones)
● All tickets will be purchased on a per-seat basis. Infants aged 0-2 can fly for free if they can comfortably sit on a parent or guardian's lap
● The service has a maximum of 6 passengers for plane
