● Please be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the departure time of the tour. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● The only pick-up point included is from 138 Banff Ave - Public bus parking located behind the Mount Royal Hotel
● Please note that this tour requires a minimum of 4 participants, please call the day prior to confirm the tour
● The minimum age is 13 years
● All children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian
● All adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any child under the age of 18 years
● Photo ID may be required for identity verification
● There are four different guided hiking routes that run on various days throughout the week. Please note that early season hikes, typically for the month of June, are subject to itinerary changes due to trail conditions. Please enquire when booking to confirm your hiking route
● Regular Hiking Schedule: Sundays and Thursdays: Stanley Glacier (Moderate - Hiking Time: 3-4 hours) -- Mondays and Saturdays: Larch Valley (Moderate - Hiking time: 4-5 hours) -- Tuesdays: Consolation Lakes (Easy - Hiking Time: 3-4 hours) -- Wednesdays and Fridays: Plain of Six Glaciers (Moderate - Hiking time: 5 hours)
● Due to weather and trail restrictions, we reserve the right to change the location of any of our hikes for the safety of our customers
● Choose from the following lunch options (please select your preferred choice when making your reservation): Chicken Club Wrap: mayo, chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato on a tortilla wrap; Roast Beef Sandwich: premium roast beef slices with lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and horseradish mayo on a kaiser bun; Vegetarian Wrap: tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce and hummus on a tortilla wrap; Green salad with chicken (gluten-free): romaine lettuce, tomato, green onion, cucumber and diced chicken with french dressing; Kids option: Peanut Butter & strawberry Jelly sandwich or any of the regular adult choices. Lunches also include fruit, juice, salted potato chips and two bite brownies
● Please be prepared for the mountain weather, it changes quickly. To ensure that you enjoy the day, please wear/bring: lightweight hiking pants, a breathable shirt (not cotton), a warm layer (like a fleece jacket), a waterproof jacket, a hat and sunglasses, hiking shoes – sturdy, ideally waterproof or water resistant hiking boots or shoes (trainers or runners are okay, but boots are better), a small backpack, a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, your camera
● You may also like to bring snacks (to supplement lunch if required). Your guide will bring bear spray and a first aid kit, so you will not need to bring these items
● By participating in a tour, guests are acknowledging that they understand that we may take video and photographs of them during their tour. These videos and photographs may be used in promotional materials including, but not limited to, social media
● Tips are not expected, but are certainly appreciated. If you think your guide did a wonderful job and would like to indicate that with a tip, it will be graciously accepted
