● Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time of the tour. This extra 30-minute time is to complete paper work, fit helmets, get a bike overview, use restrooms, etc. The tour leave sharp at tour time and late arrivals cannot be accommodated
● Please bring a valid ID and a Credit Card with you to pick up your bikes. We take a credit card pre-authorization on all rentals and tours, starting at $100 per bike. The authorized amount is held until we have the safe return of all rental equipment. The various amounts required for bike types is as follows: $100 Kids or City Bike; $500 Electric bike
● Operations are weather-sensitive. Mist and fog do not cancel as that is part of our normal weather pattern. Weather in the Bay Area fluctuates rapidly and as such we have established rain-cancellation procedures that meets the needs of our changing climate. It is at the discretion of the provider to cancel a tour due to rain or dangerous riding conditions. Often wait until 30 minutes before a tour to call off tour, as it can quickly go from a rainy to sunny day. If the provider deems the weather is appropriate for riding, the tour will NOT be officially cancelled
● A liability waiver must be signed at the beginning of each tour by all guests age 18 or over. Guests under 18 must be cosigned by a parent, guardian, or companion 18 years or older
● California helmet law mandates anyone under 18 must wear a helmet. Helmets are mandatory with self-guided electric bikes and during electric bike tours
● This is a beginner to intermediate tour and is suitable for all ages. It is offer a variety of kid’s equipment in order to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable on this tour (tag-alongs, child seats, trailers, and independent kid’s bikes - choose rates for children in this case)
● Please note, tour guide gratuity is not included in tour pricing and should be given directly to tour guides
● Please choose your prefered time option: 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3 pm, 4pm, 5pm
